And your order is still not approved?
Or does your wallet/transaction lookup show as completed/successful?

CoinPayments automatically sends an email to the address you entered during payment.
This email contains important updates, confirmation, or any issues that need your attention.
Check your inbox (and spam/junk folder) for an email from CoinPayments.
The email usually looks similar to this:
Any problems (e.g., invalid email, network delays, underpayment, or verification needed) must be resolved directly with CoinPayments
You must contact CoinPayments support yourself, we cannot resolve CoinPayments transactions.
Once CoinPayments confirms the payment to us, your order will be approved automatically in seconds.
