Payment: Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency (Why hasn't my order been approved yet?)
You selected cryptocurrency as your payment method. As clearly stated during checkout, crypto transactions can take time to confirm and process — approval is not always instant.
Has it been more than 4 hours since your payment?
And your order is still not approved?
If you paid via CoinPayments:
CoinPayments sends a confirmation email to the address you provided during payment.
Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder for this email. It usually looks like this:
Any problems (e.g., invalid email, network delays, underpayment, or verification needed) must be resolved directly with CoinPayments
Did you receive a confirmation email from CoinPayments?
Does your wallet or transaction lookup show as completed/successful?
If you have received the confirmation email from CoinPayments that state "We have received all required funds for your payment, and your payment is now complete." but your order is still not approved after some time, please provide the following in this ticket:
- A clear screenshot of the CoinPayments confirmation email
- The CoinPayments Transaction ID (in text)
- The email address you used when making the payment (in text)

With this information we can begin our investigation and hopefully resolve the issue for you.
