Support: How to upload files to a "support ticket"?
To upload files to a support ticket, look for the upload option shown in the images below.
You can select one or multiple files at a time. If your files are in different folders or locations on your device, you can add one file, then repeat the process for another. Once you’ve uploaded all the files you want to include in your support ticket, send your reply.
