Notice: We noticed that your advertisement is inactive, either because it has been offline for 180 days, has never been approved, or has never gone online. Ads in this state are automatically deleted by our system.
Why do inactive ads get deleted?
We automatically delete inactive ads to keep the platform clean, free up ad names for active users, and remove outdated content. Ads become inactive if they’ve been offline for nearly 180 days, never been approved/online and are approaching 90 days, or the last 365-day ad retention fee has expired.
What happens if my ad is inactive?
You receive a warning notification. If no action is taken, the ad—including images, blogs, reviews, bookmarks, subscriptions, etc.—will be permanently deleted after 14 days.
What are my options to keep my ad?
- Delete the ad yourself if you no longer need it.
- Activate/reactivate the ad within 14 days by paying for ad days to bring it online.
- Pay the ad retention fee to extend it for another 365 days without risk of deletion due to inactivity—this preserves all your ad data for a full additional year.
How do I take action?
Check your notifications in the ad mailbox or user mailbox—you received a message with all details and direct links to make payment or manage the ad. Affected ads also show notifications in the ad dashboard.
Important: Act within 14 days of the notice to prevent automatic deletion.
