Account: Forgotten Password, Login, Email?
Have you forgotten your login details? Password? / E-Mail? (Username)
If you've misplaced your Password? or E-MAIL? (for login), here's what you need to do:
By E-Mail:
We'll use the email associated with your account.
By SMS:
We can send it to any phone number, SMS, WhatsApp, Signal, etc. that's linked to any of your AD's or Account.
Note: If you have multiple accounts using the same phone number, our system will send an SMS for each account)
We use 2 SMS gateways, so if you don't receive the first SMS, try again after the countdown. We'll send the second SMS from a different gateway.

If You’ve Lost Access to Your Email and Phone Number
- You cannot use our standard recovery tools.
- Your case will be handled by a support specialist who requires clear proof of ownership.
- Once verified, they will set your new email and temporary password so you can log in again.

- Clearly tell Support this is the option you choose.
- Provide evidence only the true owner would know (e.g., past order IDs, payment details, or ad content visible only to you).
