When you use our website or pay for a advertising on our website/websites, or make registration, create user or advertiser account, or just visit the site, you do at the same time accept our "Terms", "GDPR Privacy Policy" and "Site Notice".
Please keep in mind that we are an advertising website and do not have any involvement with the services provided by the advertisers. We offer advertising space and provide search capabilities, similar to websites such as Google, Twitter, Facebook, and others. If you have had a negative experience, we recommend leaving a review on the ad and sharing your story. To ensure a positive experience, we recommend only viewing validated ads and those with good reviews and reviews enabled. It is also recommended to never pay for anything in advance.

It's FREE to make and to use a user account on all RealEscort websites.
It's free in some countries to advertise on RealEscort, look at the Prices page for more information on that.

Advertising: Ads are private
Your ad is private, this means only you may use it, you may not change the person on your ad. If you do, it becomes a fake ad, as you cannot change your ad name, so if you are HANNA, you cannot change the ad name to something else, and you cannot use HANNA's ad and just upload new pictures of some other person!!
Don't break the rules, we delete ads that break the rules!
DO NOT! Edit your ad or account using customers computer, pad, phone, tablet, or customers Internet connection! It will compromise your security and our system will see this as cheating. You may be deleted!

Advertising: Don't make new ad just to get on new ads page, over and over!
You are not allowed to make new ads for the same person just to be listed in the new ads page.
Don’t delete your ad, and then make a new ad just to be listed in the new ads page!
If you want to be shown more on our website, you should buy priority, category or frontpage days.
(If no days are available for you, you are to late, book sooner your stay! first come first serve!)
Don't break the rules, we delete ads that break the rules!
3.1
Advertising: 1 Free ad per person, per free Country!
You are making more than 1 free ad for yourself, Don’t.
It's okay to make more ads for other people, but don't make 2 or 3 ads for yourself! in the free RealEscort countries

We offer 3 types of advertising ads.
1. Escort and Massage, Clubs and Clinics
For advertisers offering either incall or outcall sexual Escort/Massage services.
All other forms of advertising are not allowed in this ad type.
2. No sex ads
For ads that does not offer physical sex services, body massage, tantra, and other No Sex related services.
All other forms of advertising are not allowed in this ad type.
3. Online Sex
For those who offer only online virtual services like, webcam show, video chat, sexting, phone sex. Disabling reviews is not possible, and picture validation of your ad is mandatory to be online.
You must have at least one verified Phone number, SMS, WhatsApp or Signal on your ad or it will not be online. (you can hide number from your ad profile if you wish)
All other forms of advertising are not allowed in this ad type.
Our website is for advertising the above-listed items, and nothing else!
3.3
Advertising: Your Ad headline and Description
You may not: Write E-mail, links, website address in your ad description/headline
You may not: Write phone numbers in your ad description
You may not: Write contact information or how to contact you via this and that app in your ad description/headline.

Don’t offer illegal items!
Don't put illegal items in your ad description/headline/blogs or anywhere on our website!, like you offer Viagra, Poppers, Kamagra, Kama Jelly, Pills, Drugs, ect. its illegal.
Break these rules and you will be deleted, maybe your account will be terminated, maybe even banned from our websites. So don’t do it!

FAKE PICTURE:
DON’T UPLOAD FAKE PICTURES!
If you do we will:
1. Deleted pictures from the ad or user account.
2. You will be offline until new pictures are uploaded.
3. You will maybe be given 1 warning in your support center, be forced to read it so there is no way you can say you did not get it!
4. Under the latest updates all can now see you have been warned for fake pictures, this means you are no longer trustworthy, you will lose customers!
5. Upload fake pictures again and we will delete your ad, and you will lose: your settings, view stats, payments, reviews, blogs, all bookmarks from users, all blog subscriptions. Everything will be lost!
(Of cores you can then if you like make a new ad and start from scratch.
New ad, new payment, new everything!)
So please be professional, be REAL, this is "RealEscort" don't upload fake pictures!.
Please see 14.1, fees may occur if you use fake pictures!
4.1
PICTURE VALIDATION:
If you attempt to cheat by altering the validation video or images associated with your ad using editing software, or by uploading fake pictures after your ad has been validated, your ad will be immediately deleted, and all payments and settings will be lost. There will be no warnings or second chances. It is strictly prohibited to edit or manipulate the validation video, pictures, or images in any way.
"After validation, it is required that at least one of the pictures on your ad must be an unedited, natural depiction of yourself. Any attempt to edit or manipulate the image in any way will not be permitted."

FAKE REVIEWS:
DON’T MAKE FAKE REVIEWS!
If you do, we will:
1. Deleted your user account.
2. Deleted your ad or ads and your user account.
3. You will no longer be welcome on our sites, we will block you!
DO NOT! Let your customer make review from your account or borrow your computer!
DO NOT! Let your customer make review from your room, hotel or apartment.
DO NOT! Let your customer use your internet connection.
(Reviews are something your customer makes on his own time, when he is home, if you do not follow these rules, you and/or the customer may have their account ad/ads deleted for cheating with reviews!)

Reviews:
You accept that if we publish your review, it will stay online as long as RealEscort wants. You cannot delete or remove it once it has been published. To delete or change a review at a later point in time would be wrong and unethical, you need to stand by your words!
You also accept that we do not get involved in reviews. It will always be your words against customer, we do not get involved in reviews what's true and what's not, we are an advertising website, not police or court of law to determine who tell truth or not, so there for you as per review rules accept them all god and bad or reject them all (you can disable reviews on your ad).

Tone and respect, be professional:
Writing to support and/or any of the open forums we have, like your ad text, your blog, or review replies from advertisers, or user sending review, commenting on blogs or reviews etc.
You will always behave, speak nicely, tell the truth, and be polite.
We do not accept to be called names or accused of things that are not true.
Every staff member on RealEscort is here to help you remember that!
If not, you are breaking our rules, see below what happens to rule breakers.
7.1
Warnings and break the rules/laws:
Our admins and supporters can give you warnings if you break the rules or terms!
1. If you break our rules or terms, we will delete your ad/user account. Any and all settings, payments, stats will be lost!
2. Maybe if you are lucky, 1 warning will be given, warnings are given to you via your customer center mailbox, always read your customer center mailbox messages!
3. Manipulation with your ad views or other ways of trying to cheat our system to get better ad position is breaking rules and can or will result in us blocking your ad form that part or the website features and functions, and in worst case, we must delete your account and or ad or ads from the website.
4. If you keep breaking the rules, we may also put a bann on you on our sites. Bann means you are no longer welcome on our website. You are no longer welcome to make accounts and or ads on our website. Any and all attempts on this we see, will be deleted without notice.
5. Scams, Fraud, Stealing from customers & other unlawful acts! When we have evidence of this, we will terminate your account, any and all settings, payments, stats will be lost!

Ad Travel-plan settings:
You are permitted to update your travel plan to include the following:
1. Specific locations you will be visiting on a certain day.
2. Places you may visit for part of the day, such as splitting time between two regions/cities.
3. Places that can be reached from your current location, upon request for that day.
It is not acceptable to claim you will cover a wide area, such as an entire country, as it is not feasible and considered fraudulent. Doing so will result in the deletion of your ad. Additionally, it is not acceptable to frequently update your travel plan or change your location multiple times in one day in order to appear in multiple places and potentially scam customers. This behavior will also result in the deletion of your ad.

Payment
Your payment for advertisement on our platform covers the labour involved in getting your ad online, approving your photos, blogs, videos, pictures, image validations, your initial ad text, and our diligence in ensuring these components are accurate, authentic, and not fraudulent as best we can. If you engage in deceitful, fraudulent, fake activities, you're assigning us work that weren't initially paid for, not part of the product you have paid for, this will accruing extra charges, if you are so lucky that you will be given a warning and not deleted right away for breach of our agreement.
All listed prices exclude VAT and service fees unless otherwise stated. We also retain the right to adjust prices, account for currency fluctuations, force majeure, tax changes, fees, VAT, typos, and more at any time.
All issues related to payments must be reported within 7 days, beyond this period, we're unable to provide assistance. Furthermore, wire transfers sent with incorrect amounts and/or lacking order numbers, unclaimed within a week, will be forfeited.
Wallet: Funds deposited into your RealEscort wallet cannot be refunded or withdrawn, they must be utilized on RealEscort. A current 5% fee is applicable when transferring credit from one wallet currency to another. Once you've deposited money into your wallet, it's understood and agreed that it's no longer cash but RealEscort credit. However, for your convenience in understanding and managing your RealEscort Credit, we retain currency labels/symbols like EUR, USD, NOK, SEK, DKK, etc.
(If you delete your user account, any credit remaining in your RealEscort Wallet will be lost.)

Delivery Advertising:
Delivery is instantaneous over the Internet, or follows the receipt of payment, for instance, via bank-to-bank transfer. If your ad has been previously approved, it will be made live immediately. However, if you're creating a new ad, it requires our approval before going live.
You'll receive the duration you've paid for. For instance, if you purchase a 30-day advertisement, you'll get 30 days of advertising from the moment we approve the ad. One day is counted from midnight to midnight; therefore, if you book at noon (12:00), you'll have only 12 hours of advertising on the first day!

RealEscort is willing to provide a full refund if, within one hour of purchase, you decide that you no longer want the service or product, and have not yet used it. If you've already uploaded images that we needed to approve, or if you've submitted your ad for approval, the service or product is considered used!
We'll issue a full refund, with the money being transferred back to your bank account or credit card. (Any fees we incurred to process your transaction will be deducted)
To request a refund, please use the mailbox on your ad to write to our support team. Your message will be timestamped, providing proof that you requested the refund before the one-hour limit expired.
13.
Website accessibility:
Given that our operations rely on providing an online service, it's crucial that our website and server are accessible 24 hours a day.
However, should there be any unforeseen circumstance leading to the server being offline, we'll compensate you by extending your service by two free days for every day the service is not online.
14.
What you put online, you are responsible for!:
Please read this and understand anything you add to the site, text, video, pictures, images, information ANYTHING!
You have the responsibility for yourself! And you give RealEscort full right to use it on the website and RealEscort network, for as long as we want to.
You take full responsibility for everything you upload, don’t violate others’ copyright and trademarks, you are at all times 100% responsible for everything you add to the site.
RealEscort can and will NEVER be hold responsible for any of your acts.

Legal action:
Any legal action sent to us where you violate copyright, trademark or other rights will be processed at your expense + a minimum of 250 euros per case will be charged to you and depending on how much work RealEscort must do, that fee will increase. Our legal hourly rate is 250 euro.

Privacy Policy:
Please respect others Privacy! Do not post real names anywhere on the site! If you do, you will be deleted! You also at all times accept our GDPR Privacy Policy

Maintenance & Database Cleanup:
This is done to preserve maximum security on site and to make sure our system runs super-fast and is not filled with unnecessary data that is not needed to run the site and or your account and or ads.

Deletes rejected reviews older than 1 month
Deletes users that have not been logged in for 13 months (warning sent after 12 months)
Deletes non-validated users created more than 3 days ago
Deletes deleted users older than 3 months (hard delete)
Ads:
Deletes ads marked as deleted after 6 months (hard delete)
Deletes ads that have never been online after 3 months (option to keep it + 12 month more = payment must be made)
Deletes ads that have been inactive for more than 6 months (option to keep it + 12 month more = payment must be made)
Deletes blog posts older than 6 months
Deletes past category, priority, and front-page days after 7 days
Deletes past travel plans after 2 days
Deletes ad views older than 1 month
Deletes rejected images after 14 days
Deletes deactivated images after 14 days
Deletes deleted images after 14 days
Deletes rejected videos after 14 days
Deletes deactivated videos after 14 days
Deletes deleted videos after 14 days
Deletes items in shopping cart after 7 days
Deletes ad periods older than 1 year

Deletes system job logs older than 14 days

We reserve the right to:
Update or modify this agreement at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review the agreement whenever you use any of our sites. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services or websites no matter what form of visitor you are, customer, visitor, user, etc.
At our discretion, we reject photos, videos, ads, blogs, reviews, comments to reviews etc. If any of the above is considered as not suitable for advertising on this website.
Your use of our services and sites constitutes your agreement to follow our terms of use and be bound by the agreement.
Statement outlining the grounds for which RealEscort may choose to terminate an agreement, user account, or advertiser account. RealEscort reserves the right to terminate any such agreement, user account, or advertiser account if activities that are deemed contrary to RealEscort's values or risk and/or damaging to our reputation are perceived. Examples of such activities, including but not limited to creating fake accounts, using fake pictures, posting fake reviews, scamming users, or advertisers, using fake phone numbers, fraudulently taking money for products or services not provided, harassment, blackmail, theft, violence, Racial Discrimination (ICERD), and human trafficking. The decision to terminate an agreement, user or advertiser account is at RealEscort's sole discretion.
